Remembering August 2022

vladcampos.substack.com

September arrived, bringing us a pleasant coincidence. You are reading this issue on the 1st because today is also the first Thursday of the month.

Pretty cool, but our topic is August. And I have to start with Evernote 10.42.7 for desktop. This upgrade brought us so many features. If you haven't yet, I invite you to watch my video demonstrating and sharing my opinion about all of them.

Did you notice that half of my videos last month were about Tasks? I tested so many options and have to confess I won't be removing the Tasks widget anytime soon. However, my Tasks Challenge also showed me I'm still a calendar lover. That said, if one day our tasks are also visible in the calendar widget, that will be the day I'll rebuild my entire productivity system in Evernote.

What about you, is there anything you'd like to see on Tasks?

Before I go, I just saw a tweet from Ian Small reminding us of a new Web Clipper feature. Have you noticed that the pop-up window for the Screenshot feature now has new controls for undo/redo and zoom?

By the way, if you are not using Web Clipper, you should. It's an outstanding tool. But don't worry, I have you covered. Watch my tutorial and learn all it can do for you.

Best, Vlad.

💚 Thank you for reading!

Agreed, @vladcampos! Pace of innovation was worth the move from @evernote Legacy to v10+. 👍🏼
